RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is very important. If for any reasons you wish to return item(s) you purchase, we accept exchange or refund within 7 days after you receive your order. After you receive your order, please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS to obtain a RETURN NUMBER and indicate the RETURN NUMBER ON YOUR PACKAGE. It is very important that you return your unwanted item(s) by any methods which the package can reach our store/office NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS after the return number is issued. It is also important that you get insurance for the full value since we are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during return process. Any item(s) you wish to return must be UNUSED, as new conditions, and all the labels must be attached. All the necessary expenses for return and exchange will be your responsibility. We also charge our customers for shipping exchange item(s).
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any item within 7 days of initial purchase.
